Don't worry - if this happens to you just .....
- Phone the car hire company ....
- They'll ask you the logical set of particulars ....
- ... but they'll also ask for the VIN number of the car in order to acquire the right key....
- ..... pass your information to another company ...
- ... who'll phone you later to confirm where you are, then .....
- You'll receive a text message asking to confirm that you're the right person, then ...
- This guy will turn up 30 minutes later with a coathanger and a stiff rubber wedge to break into the car!!!!
